Olga Litvinenko

Founder & President

Olga Litvinenko is the President and Co-Founder of USA for Ukraine, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing humanitarian and animal aid to those affected by the full-scale invasion in Ukraine.

Ms. Litvinenko has been taking lead roles in philanthropy dating back to her teen years when she was the Vice President of Habitat for Humanity at Greenwich Highschool, Executive Board Member and Vice President of Communications at SIFE (Students in Free Enterprise) at Syracuse University, and later President of the "Next Generation" of the T.J. Martell Foundations Young Professional Organization. Ms. Litvinenko has been an Ambassador to the Greenwich United Way, the Edeyo Foundation dedicated to providing student aid in Haiti, a volunteer and marathon finisher as part of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation team,  as well as a variety of charitable organizations during her reigns as Miss Connecticut Teen USA 2007, Miss Connecticut USA 2017 and a finalist at Miss Ukraine Universe 2018 representing Kyiv. She is currently a member of Women Owned Greenwich, with a mission to connect women business owners and local non-profit leaders, to resources and their community. 

Ms. Litvinenko has over 10 years of experience in digital, creative, branding, communications, business development, and social media, Olga Litvinenko is a seasoned marketeer and entrepreneur who has worked in a range of industries, from luxury to finance to web3. She is currently the President of Olga and Company, consulting as a growth and marketing strategist, and the Global Lead of Events and Marketing at Casper Association, a permissionless Proof-of-Stake (POS) blockchain not-for-profit Switzerland-based domicile organization responsible for overseeing the network and supporting its organic evolution and continued decentralization.  

Olga Litvinenko is passionate about innovation, creativity, and social impact, and aims to use her talents and expertise to make a positive difference in the world.

Dr.  Inna Lazar

Co-Founder & Executive Board Member

Dr. Lazar obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology with a minor in Biology from the University of Pittsburgh and her Doctor of Optometry Degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, now known as Salus University.

Dr. Lazar’s clinical training includes diagnosing and managing ocular diseases, specialty contact lens fittings, pediatric and geriatric eye exams, and comprehensive primary eye care.

She received her training at numerous hospitals throughout the United States, including The Eye Institute in Philadelphia, the Einstein Hospital in Philadelphia, Ophthalmic Consultants of Connecticut in Fairfield, and Kay, Tabas & Niknam Ophthalmology Associates in Philadelphia.

She is a member of the American Optometric Association, American Academy of Optometry, and Connecticut Optometric Association.

Dr. Lazar can also perform a comprehensive eye exam in multiple languages, including Ukrainian and Russian.

Dr. Lazar especially enjoys working with children and has participated in the volunteer Head Start program, providing initial screenings and eye exams to the children in Philadelphia.

Dr. Lazar enjoys traveling with her husband during her free time and spending time with her family and friends. She is a true food enthusiast and loves trying and cooking different cuisines. She played tennis and was on a college tennis team to stay active. 

Dr. Lazar is also a Digital Creator, Educator & medical influencer.

Kateryna Kulachynska

USA for Ukraine Associate

Kateryna is USA for Ukraine Associate cooperating with organization's Angels of Ukraine initiative and takes the leading role in Ukrainian "Charity Organization "Charity Foundation USA for Ukraine". She is responsible for documentation, social medias and Ukrainian relations sectors.

Ms. Kulachynska was born and currently lives in the capital of Ukraine - Kyiv. She is getting her Bachelor degree in International Relations and Economic Diplomacy at State University of Trade and Economics based out her hometown. Kateryna speaks Ukrainian, has C1 level of English and currently is learning Spanish that will help in the extending of USA for Ukraine activities in the future.

Kateryna enjoys history, especially of her motherland - Ukraine. She eagers to fast learning and making up ideas for the new content and/or collaborations with others.
